This unique state print was created from several stencil plates, some of which had already been used to print other images in the that colour. This gives the unique textual effect to each stencil. The background aluminum plate had been ghost printed (second print from the plate without re-inking the plate). The rest of the stencil prints were applied in one go after the background was dry.
